How do I cancel an order?

If you need to cancel your order, simply e-mail Customer Service. Please include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy. Please note, if your order has already started processing, you may not be able to cancel it.

Adding Items to your order

If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item to your order, you will need to cancel your initial order and place a new order. This process is necessary as you must authorize any new charges to your order. To cancel an order, simply e-mail Customer Service. Please include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel to insure accuracy.
