FAQ...

After I place my order what happens?
Once your order comes in we try to process all orders within 2-3 days. We begin processing your order by selecting the items you purchased and get them ready for shipment. We have a large inventory which enables us to process your order in a timely manner. If we are out of an item you'll be notified by email that the product is not available.

How long before my order arrives?
Most orders arrive within 7-10 business days upon shipping. We won't charge your credit card until your order is ready to ship. If an order or item is cancelled before it has been shipped, there is no need for a refund. 

How do you ship?
All orders go out via Untied Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express.

Can you ship to my country?
If you live outside of the US we can still ship to you using UPS International. Whenever a order comes in from outside the US, we notify the customer as to what the shipping charge will be to reach that country. Shipping costs will vary based on the weight of the box. We will not ship overseas until the customer is notified of the shipping costs involved.

How is my credit card information protected?

Our server uses something called "Secure Server Technology" - it's a technology to encrypt the information you send us through our Shopping Cart program, so that it can not be read in transit. Once you decide to pay with a credit card you are automatically switched to the Secure Server before you place your order.

Can I pay with a money order or check?
We offer you the option of phoning, faxing or mailing in your credit card number after you place your order. You can also pay for your order by money order or check. Please follow the instructions that are provided when you place your order. Keep in mind that we can't ship your order until we process the check.
